Our story began in 1955, when my grandfather opened a small tea stall called “Lal Chand di Hatti” in Faridkot, India. His dedication and craft soon led to the launch of “Chhabra Sweets” in 1985, a name that became a local favorite. Even after his passing in 1991, our family worked tirelessly to honor his vision, ensuring his legacy of quality and trust lived on.

Growing up surrounded by this passion, I found inspiration in my family’s hard work and culinary skills. My journey took me from hands-on training at our hometown shop to formal education in food technology, followed by experiences at Nestlé and Hyatt in Delhi. In 2018, I moved to Canada, carrying not just my knowledge, but also the dream of bringing our family’s flavors to a new home.

Today, that dream lives on through Red Moon Factory in Brampton. Named in honor of my grandfather, Red Moon blends timeless traditions with modern creations — from handcrafted cakes to authentic Indian sweets. Every recipe we prepare carries the same love, care, and excellence that has been our family’s promise for generations.
