At Red Moon Factory, our story is one of passion, perseverance, and tradition. What began in 1955 with my grandfather’s humble tea stall, “Lal Chand di Hatti”, soon blossomed into “Chhabra Sweets” in 1985 — a name that became synonymous with trust and taste in Faridkot, India.
Though we faced uncertainty after his passing in 1991, our family stood united. With dedication, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to quality, my father and uncles carried forward his legacy, ensuring every sweet and every dish reflected the same love and craftsmanship.
Today, Red Moon Factory continues this heritage, blending timeless traditions with modern flavors. From handcrafted cakes to authentic Indian sweets, we strive to create not just desserts, but memories that feel like home.

Red Moon Factory 🤝 Lal Chand’s Bakery and Cafe
Red Moon was created in honor of Lal Chand, the grandfather of the owners. Lal Chand’s shop has been famous in the Faridkot district since 1960. From Lal came Red, and from Chand came Moon — and that’s how the name Red Moon was born.
After successfully running four back-to-back outlets in Brampton, they decided to honour the name once again and bring it forward with love and pride. That’s why they’ve opened this new location for you.
